BIOGRAPHY

Signature consists of two members: Suleman Mirza & Madhu Singh, whom have been performing together for over 10 years, having met and performed together at university.

Both Suleman and Madhu share in the same values and ideas of performer excellence, “striving to be the best”, so naturally that’s where the name ‘SIGNATURE’ derives from. As they have said many times in their public interviews, they “dance to unite”, and to bring together people from all types of different backgrounds and beliefs and ultimately be a means of happiness and joy.

Signatures biggest success came when they performed on Britain’s Got Talent 2008. They were the runners up in the LIVE Final of ‘Britain’s Got Talent’, 2008, which aired on ITV1 on 31st May 2008 being viewed by a record breaking 19 million viewers (including repeats) – having a 64% share of the viewing public. Signature received praise from the judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Pierce Morgan and were huge favourites with the audience. Despite being runners up on the show, Signature were regarded by many as the true winners of the series.

Their originality, innovative dance ideas and humour, such as the fusion between Eastern and Western dance styles, have universally recognised them as the Premier world dance group with Suleman as the worlds #1 Michael Jackson tribute dance act.

Signature has been given the official stamp of approval by Michael Jackson himself. On March 5th 2009 Suleman had the honor of meeting Michael Jackson at the infamous London Press Conference when Michael announced his ‘This Is It’ tour. He was one of the very few people who had this privilege and it was here when Michael Jackson stated “ I like what you do”.

Signature have a prolific, dynamic, versatile and exciting performing style. The combination of Suleman Mirza’s Michael Jackson dancing and Madhu Singhs Bhangra moves really set them apart from any other dance acts in the world. They bring a new energy and innovation to the stage and medium of live performing.
