Graham Duff

Graham Duff is a remarkable Royal Air Force (RAF) pilot who completed display tours with the Red Arrows along with ground combat with the UK Special Forces. With lifelong ambition to become a pilot, Graham signed up, at the earliest possible opportunity, for the Air Training Corps on his 13th birthday. Within three years he had gained his Hang-Glider License, and his undeniable dedication to pursue a career in the sky was recognised by the RAF who sponsored him to obtain his private pilot’s licence, a feat he achieved before he could even drive. Whilst studying for his Aeronautical Engineering degree, Graham continued to show commitment to his career as a member of the RAF’s university club.

Joining the RAF in 1996 as a trainee pilot, Graham graduated at the top of his flying class, the beginning of his inspirational twenty three years with the RAF. Throughout the years, Graham proved his impeccable resilience and completed a number of tours of Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, spent extensive time defending the Northern Iraq no Fly Zone and spent three years as a squadron leader for the Red Arrows. A brave and ambitious military man, Graham embarked on missions across the world, each time rising to the occasion and showing exemplary teamwork, leadership and risk consideration.

A natural born adventurer, Graham’s youth was spent exploring mountains with his family, an experience that inspired him to qualify as a member of the RAF Mountain Rescue Team. Graham continues to satisfy the mountaineer in him and has completed a number of gruelling challenges, testing the limits of human capacity. From summiting the coldest place on earth, Mount McKinley to spending two and half months on expedition to the top of the infamous Mount Everest, Graham continually proves his ability to defy the odds and reach peak performance.
